Refund Policy

Free trial

The first 7 days are free with a card on file. Nothing is charged until day 7. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing. The trial is available once per account.

First subscription payment

Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked — email support@soldcurve.com from your account address.

Renewals

Renewals are not automatically refundable, but if you forgot to cancel, write to us within 72 hours of the charge and we will refund it.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for; we do not pro-rate partial months.

Launch offer

Subscriptions bought under the launch offer (September 2, 2026 through March 2, 2027, Starter with every Pro feature included) follow this policy in the same way as any other plan. The offer's dates and the 30 days' notice we give before any change are stated in the Terms of Service.

How refunds arrive

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment processor and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
