Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Soldcurve ("we", "us") for the use of soldcurve.com and the data published there. By creating an account or subscribing you accept them. The Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are part of these terms.

1. The service

Soldcurve is a market-intelligence subscription. We watch public livestream auction rooms with our own devices, around the clock, and record the close of each lot: the final hammer price, the currency, the time, the identity of the product on the block and a screenshot of the screen at the moment of the close. An AI vision model identifies the actual product, because lot titles are usually generic, and lookalike names are merged into one product record.

From those closes we publish, per product: name, category and brand; median, floor and ceiling; 25th and 75th percentile; the number of closes and of distinct rooms; momentum (the last 7 days against the 7 days before); the busiest slots; price history by pooled session; and individual closes as prices under pooled time labels. We sell access to this data. We do not sell goods and we do not process marketplace transactions.

Three showcase records are fully open to everyone. Every other record shows its sample size and room count to everyone, with prices withheld until you subscribe.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and use the service for business purposes, such as reselling, buying or sourcing. You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for everything done under your account. One account is for one person; sharing credentials is a breach of these terms.

At sign-up you can enter a seller handle. It is optional, it is used only to help us recognise your account, and it grants no authority over any listing, room or record.

3. What the data is and is not

Every price is an observed close from a public livestream, recorded by our own monitoring. The figures are estimates of market activity. They are not appraisals, price guarantees, valuations or financial advice, and buying or pricing decisions you make with them are your own.

Products with fewer than 5 observed closes are labeled thin and shown without prices, to anyone. Bundles (multi-item lots) are excluded from every published figure. Observation times are pooled into a day and a part of day (night, morning, afternoon or evening) in New York time; prices inside a slot are sorted, not chronological, and no minute timestamps are published.

Our coverage depends on which rooms are live and on what our devices can see. The data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong for a given product, and we do not promise that any product, room or period is covered.

4. Subscriptions, trial and billing

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars: Starter at $19 and Pro at $49. Payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

The first 7 days of a subscription are free with a card on file. Nothing is charged until day 7. If you cancel before day 7, you pay nothing. The free trial is available once per account.

We may change prices or the features included in a plan. We announce any such change at least 30 days ahead by email to the address on your account.

Promotional offers. From time to time we run promotional offers with their own dates and conditions, which we publish on the pricing page. During the launch offer, from September 2, 2026 through March 2, 2027, Starter includes every Pro feature and Pro is not sold. Starter keeps every feature it has until March 2, 2027. After that, Starter returns to its regular feature set and Pro returns at $49/mo; we announce any change at least 30 days ahead by email.

5. Refunds

The first subscription payment is refundable in full within 14 days. Renewals and cancellation are handled as described in the Refund Policy, which applies to every plan, including plans bought under a promotional offer.

6. Licence and acceptable use

While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the data inside your own business, including in your own spreadsheets and internal tools.

You may not:

  • resell, republish, redistribute or sublicense the data, in bulk or piecemeal, or use it to build a competing data product;
  • export the data in bulk, scrape the site, or access it with bots, scripts or other automated means beyond normal browser use;
  • use the data or the frames to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models;
  • share an account, create more than one account per person, or circumvent a price lock, a plan limit, a rate limit or any other access control;
  • use the service to identify, contact or target a seller or buyer observed in a livestream.

7. Frames and removal requests

Some records include "Observed on stream" frames: a screenshot cropped to the product band, taken at the close. Before a frame is published it is screened automatically for a readable username, handle or person's name, for a recognisable live human face, and for product visibility; frames that fail are rejected and deleted from the publication pipeline. Passing frames are reviewed by us and published under unguessable file names to subscribers entitled to them (Pro, and Starter during the launch offer). No room, title, link, seller or buyer is kept with a published frame. The full pipeline is described in the Privacy Policy.

If you believe a published frame or record identifies you, email support@soldcurve.com. We review the request within 7 business days and remove frames that fail our rules.

Frames are provided for verification of the recorded close. You may not download, copy or redistribute them beyond viewing inside the service.

8. Intellectual property

The compilation of observations, the product records, the statistics, the site design and the Soldcurve name and marks are ours. Individual prices are facts and are not claimed as ours; the selection, identification, merging, pooling and presentation are. Marketplace and brand names that appear on the site are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify where a product was observed or what it is.

9. No affiliation

Soldcurve is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any livestream marketplace, any seller or any brand whose products we observe. Sellers and buyers are never named or shown on the site.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@soldcurve.com from the address on the account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, in particular sections 2 and 6, or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm the service or the people observed in livestreams. On termination for breach, the licence in section 6 ends immediately and no refund is owed beyond what the Refund Policy provides. Sections 3, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

The service and the data are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any figure reflects the price you will obtain for a product.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity, even if we were told they were possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or removes consumer rights that apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service or the data, including any redistribution of the data or any attempt to identify a person observed in a livestream.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice by email to the address on your account before the change takes effect. Other changes take effect when posted here, with the date at the top updated. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms; if you do not accept them, cancel before that date.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Soldcurve is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are brought in the courts of that state.
